1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OdysseyAttraction website and making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. An instant booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Inquiry bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation from OdysseyAttraction.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website (default: MUR).
• Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking for instant bookings.
• Bank Transfer and Pay on Arrival bookings must be settled before the activity date.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity: full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund.
• No-shows: no refund.
• OdysseyAttraction reserves the right to cancel activities due to weather or safety concerns; a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness and health before joining activities. OdysseyAttraction is not liable for injuries or losses resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

6. Liability

OdysseyAttraction acts as an agent or direct operator depending on the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Promo Codes

Promo codes are single-use per customer (unless otherwise stated), cannot be combined with other offers, and must be applied at checkout. No retroactive discounts will be applied.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
